As a director and caregiver teacher, I have the opportunity to be part of the beginning of children educational journey, helping them to understand and attain some of the most basic and foundational academic, social, cognitive and emotional concepts.

Here at LITTLEHANDS we are working really hard on create a  atmosphere that is stimulating, encouraging, and adaptive to the varied needs of children.

Beatriz Castillo
Caregiver Assistant

My name is Beatriz Castillo, I am from Caracas, Venezuela. In 1992 I graduated as a teacher, specialized in Mathematics, in La Universidad de Carabobo and got married at the same time. Couple years later we moved to Orlando, FL to learn English.

When our son was ready for school, I worked as an assistant teacher at Piaget Learning Center.

Later, by the second child, I started to babysit in our house until we moved to Austin, almost five years ago.

Also worked part time with the company Scorer Recruitment Evaluation System Pearson, where we served as a scorer for teachers that need to be certified as a Spanish teacher.

My family is always on the run, playing sports, specially baseball and softball.

I worked as a Lead Teacher at a Spanish school with toddlers for 6 years. I took a break to help babysitting my great niece, since she was born all the way through pandemic times.

I am super excited to work with this awesome group of teachers and be part of your kid’s education here at LITTLE HANDS HOMECARE.
